Our resident stallion is Kamilaroi Gendarme, affectionately known as Edward. He is a purebred Percheron of French lineage who foaled in 2008 and carries bloodlines from the last imported French stallion 'Hermes' as well as 'Pinchbeck Highlight'.

He has been named Champion Percheron Stallion in both 2010 and 2011 at the Clydesdale & Heavy Horse Festival being described as a 'classic example' of the French lines. 'Strong, square and extremely straight'.

Edward has the most wonderful temperament and exceptional manners both when serving and when being handled. We look forward to many years together with Edward both on the ground and under saddle.
